Projet mené en indépendant : la rénovation d’une grange en habitation et son extension avec carport, du relevé jusqu’au dossier de déclaration préalable.
1 · Relevé. J’ai relevé moi-même le bâtiment existant et sa parcelle.
2 · Conception. Le projet conserve la pierre de la grange et l’associe à un bardage bois ; une extension et un carport complètent l’ensemble.
3 · Dossier. Plans, coupes, façades et insertions photo pour la déclaration préalable, acceptée avec des modifications mineures.
4 · Réalisation.
Le chantier est en cours : le bâtiment principal et l'extension sont terminés, l'annexe est en construction. Je reste en contact avec les propriétaires pour un second projet sur le même terrain.
A freelance project: converting a barn into a home, with an extension and carport, from the survey through to the planning application.
1 · Survey. I surveyed the existing building and its plot myself.
2 · Design. The design keeps the barn’s stone and pairs it with timber cladding; an extension and a carport complete the ensemble.
3 · Application. Plans, sections, elevations and photo insertions for the planning application, approved with minor changes.
4 · Built. The barn has since been built. I remain in touch with the owners for a second project on the same site.
